Bucherer USA in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Client Advisor- Rolex to deliver an outstanding luxury client experience and drive Rolex sales. You will train teammates on brand heritage, manage client data via CRM, and collaborate with the Bucherer USA merchandising team to ensure Rolex stock and presentation meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding client experience and meet or exceed sales objectives for Rolex.
Train other Client Advisors on brand heritage, product range, attributes and availability.
Use CRM to build long-term relationships with clients and elevate the Rolex discovery journey.
Implement brand strategies and guidelines.
Coordinate with Bucherer USA Merchandising to ensure Rolex inventory is available.
Maintain luxury visual presentation of Rolex watches.
Mentor other Client Advisors and leverage Bucherer USA advantages.
Attend training to increase product knowledge.
Adhere to store security procedures.
Set up or close the display and assist with store operations.
