Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist for the Rolex Global Flagship. You will execute daily operational and logistics tasks, manage high‑value merchandise, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Working with the Operations Manager and Director, you will use D365 and retail systems, process POS and warranty documents, and ensure inventory integrity on both the showroom floor and in back‑of‑house spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations, logistics, inventory, or stockroom experience in a luxury retail or premium customer‑focused environment.
• Experience with POS, inventory management, and retail operating systems; Microsoft D365 experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, merchandise handling, and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational and logistics activities to support store operations.
• Receive, process, transfer, ship, and reconcile merchandise with accurate inventory.
• Process POS transactions, warranty documentation, and other ops tasks.
• Use D365 and retail systems to complete processes and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and store leadership to ensure merchandise availability.
• Maintain organized back‑of‑house areas reflecting Rolex standards.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and shrink control.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to management.
• Adhere to safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Assist with special projects for Rolex Global Flagship growth.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
