Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Service Consultant to coordinate service orders and support a high-quality aftercare experience for internal and external clients. You will manage workflow, special orders, and spare parts while sustaining operational efficiency and revenue in the Aftercare department.

The role requires knowledge of luxury watches, ability to size straps, and adherence to retail laws, safety, and security.

Qualifications

Experience with luxury watches and technical knowledge of timepieces.
Ability to change or size watch straps and bracelets.
Knowledge of relevant retail law, health and safety, and security requirements.
Strong project, planning, change, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; IT literacy and numeracy.
Ability to analyze performance, make effective decisions, focus on results, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, prioritize, communicate, and follow up on service orders.
Maintain department standards and deliver excellent aftercare experiences.
Support workflow, special order and spare parts management, and operational efficiency.
Manage operating costs and identify efficiency improvements.
Accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, and stand for extended periods.
