Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer in New York City seeks a Service Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience from watch intake for repair to service completion. You will drive accessory and service sales while promoting the Bucherer USA trade-in program.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and a passion for watches. A professional appearance and flexible schedule are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Sales driven and results orientated.
• Proficient in data entry and have outstanding organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Adaptable with an attitude of continuous learning.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client experience from intake of watch for repair through the service process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for accessories and service.
• Educate clients on time, cost and what is entailed in servicing their timepiece.
• Explain warranty coverage and benefits to clients.
• Obtain client contact information to build ongoing relationships.
• Follow-up on estimates to sell repair and accessories.
• Enter service information and close tickets when pickups occur.
• Assist in transfer of accessories between stores as needed.
