Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Operations Assistant to support front-end operations and assist with customer service execution in a fast-paced store environment. You will work closely with the Service Operations Manager and store leadership to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.

Responsibilities include monitoring checkout performance, assisting with coverage, and maintaining cash-handling procedures while upholding company standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient customer service and smooth workflow.
• Assist with monitoring checkout performance, transaction accuracy, and service standards.
• Help coordinate front-end coverage and operational readiness.
• Support cash office, till accountability, and cash-handling procedures as assigned.
• Ensure front-end equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available.
