Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the store.
• Supervise cashiers, courtesy clerks, service desk associates and other front-end staff.
• Coordinate associate coverage and workflow to maintain service standards.
• Monitor checkout lanes, self-checkout areas and service desks for smooth operations.
• Ensure opening, closing and shift transitions are completed accurately.
