Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
• Support customer service programs and respond to concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide checkout support including register functions and customer assistance.
• Assist front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and a positive front-end environment.
• Assist with cash handling, tills, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions.
• Monitor inventory and order front-end supplies and materials.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors.
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation.
• Assume front-end operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
