Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Department Coordinator in Wichita, KS to coordinate field technicians and ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations. The role involves dispatching, scheduling, and supporting billing and service ticket processes.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dispatch or other high-volume administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect final details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians’ schedules and align tickets with materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Run, review and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to warehouse for inventory pulling.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
