You will coordinate with field teams to keep tickets aligned with materials, billing, and customer commitments, while supporting the estimating team with quotes and handling service documentation. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset, with prior dispatch or high-volume admin

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain accurate technician schedules and ticket status for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
• Run and manage department reports to meet customer commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and customer documentation requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Collaborate with estimating to provide service quotes when needed.
• Support field techs with technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
