DH Pace Company, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Department Coordinator for our Service Department who will coordinate field employees and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves dispatching, scheduling, and supporting billing and service tickets.

You will work with the estimating team on quotes and assist field technicians with troubleshooting. This is a full-time position located in Coppell, TX with competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dispatch or high-volume administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Good time management, organization, and the ability to multi-task.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling technicians to customer job sites and collecting, finalizing and submitting job details for processing.
• Ensuring customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians' schedules ensuring tickets align with materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Run, review and manage department reports to ensure the department meets customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field techs with technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
