Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Department Coordinator/Dispatcher to efficiently coordinate field technicians and ensure timely service delivery for customers. You will schedule job sites, monitor tickets, assist with billing, support the estimating team, and help field technicians troubleshoot issues.

A High School diploma and strong communication are required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Good time management, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize and submit job details for processing.
• Ensure technicians' schedules align with open tickets for materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Run, review and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Provide troubleshooting support to field techs and generate accurate work orders and warehouse pick lists.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
