Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, service requests, and follow-up activities.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and elevate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support administrative tasks including order processing, scheduling, forms, reports, and customer file maintenance.
