• Manage purchase orders, purchasing docs, vendor records, and project procurement.
• Coordinate material sourcing, vendor quotes, order status, shipments, and inventory support.
• Support invoice review, discrepancy resolution, warranty claims, returns, and file maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, accounting, warehouse staff and vendors.
• 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement or related ops role.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and vendor documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory, or purchasing software systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, revise, and track purchase orders for materials, equipment, rentals, and services.
• Source materials and services from qualified vendors, obtain quotes, compare pricing, and help ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, support vendor onboarding, track supplier performance, and assist with approved supplier records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to support deliveries, inventory accuracy, and backorders.
• Review invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation, research discrepancies, and maintain purchasing records.
• Support project teams by anticipating procurement needs and improving purchasing processes.
