Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Exceptional writing and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with collaboration ability.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews and electronic filing.
• Oversee and distribute mail, including time stamping and routing.
• Perform basic money movement functions and approvals.
• Assist with processing trade adjustments and responding to operational alerts.
• Execute items from delegated reports to meet service level expectations.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Remedy and/or escalate service breaks to management.
• Assist with special projects such as recruit onboarding support.
• Identify Morgan Stanley services and secure digital offerings for clients.
