Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Active Series 7 licensure required, plus Series 9/10 or 66/63/65 as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience; 5 years recommended.
• Strong supervisory decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and consistency.
• Oversee service transactions, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate training for new Service Associates.
