Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the branch’s Service Department, ensuring operations comply with established policies and procedures while pursuing growth and profit objectives.

The Service Manager will set major objectives, plans and budgets; supervise staff; travel to customer locations; coordinate warranty claims; promote safety and professional service; and maintain strong

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in related field.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Must have positive can-do attitude.
• Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Service Department.
• Set short- and long-term objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate warranty claims processing with Warranty Manager.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Maintain communication within and between all departments.
• Travel with outside sales force to customer locations to promote Service Department and dealerships.
