Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive growth, and manage profit centers across departments. You will plan objectives, lead department managers, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, budgets, and customer relations while promoting continuous improvement and staff development in a multi-state truck dealership environment.

Formación

• Requires previous management experience.
• Requires thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations.
• Prefer direct truck sales experience.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires strong leadership ability and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and meet branch needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities.
• Establish short- and long-term operating and financial objectives for the branch.
• Ensure policies are understood and applied across the branch.
• Develop annual/monthly plans, sales/profit objectives and budgets with department managers.
• Supervise and develop department managers, monitor performance, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Promote safety and compliance with regulations; maintain customer relations and resolve issues.
