Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group, is hiring a Service Manager to lead the branch Service Department and drive growth in service revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires overseeing day-to-day operations, planning annual and monthly objectives, and coordinating with warranty, parts, and sales teams while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required to run a service team.
• Experience supervising and directing staff in a service environment.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the branch's Service Department to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Plan and direct activities, budget, and objectives for the Service Department.
• Coordinate warranty claims and liaise with Warranty Manager as needed.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and maintain high professional standards.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales teams to grow labor sales and customer satisfaction.
