The role requires strong leadership, market awareness, and commitment to safety and processes. You will lead meetings, train staff, and implement plans to meet company objectives while coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to optimize

Qualifications

• Three years of previous parts department experience, including inside and outside parts selling.
• Thorough knowledge of all facets of the parts department.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the Parts Department.
• Set short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the Parts Department.
• Communicate policies and objectives clearly within the department.
• Formulate annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and budgets.
• Review results and take appropriate actions to improve performance.
• Develop merchandising strategies to meet objectives.
• Maintain communication with other branches and departments.
• Promote safe work habits and enforce safety rules.
• Foster positive customer relations and high service quality.
• Keep Branch Manager informed about market conditions and competition.
