Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, is seeking a Service Manager for the Memphis branch to lead service and maintenance operations. This full-time role oversees day-to-day activities, sets budgets and objectives, and drives growth while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, coordinate warranty processes, and align with company policies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• CDL preferred and willingness to obtain/compliance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the branch's service and maintenance departments.
• Plan, direct and control activities to meet growth and profitability objectives.
• Establish objectives, budgets and programs for the service department.
• Maintain positive customer relations and effective interdepartmental communication.
• Coordinate warranty claims with the Corporate Leasing Warranty Department.
