Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing company. We seek a Service Manager to lead the branch Service Department, drive growth, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role emphasizes planning, directing operations, coordinating with Parts and Sales, and ensuring safety and compliance. CDL preferred; four years’ related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ related experience.
• CDL preferred.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Service Department.
• Direct and control department activities to meet growth and profit goals.
• Set annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate warranty claims with the Warranty Manager.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication across branches and departments.
