AOG Living is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Houston, TX to oversee maintenance, make-readies, and preventative projects across a multi-family community. The role requires hands-on work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety compliance, leading maintenance staff and coordinating with the Community Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor.

You will supervise, train, and schedule staff; respond to resident requests; prepare vacants; oversee safety training; and manage

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Five years of multi-family experience or equivalent.
EPA Section 608 (HVAC/Freon Recovery) certification required.
City or State certifications to perform job responsibilities required.
Training in boiler repair, plumbing and mold detection/resolution required.
CAMT certification preferred.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.

Responsabilités

Supervise, train and schedule maintenance activities for the property and staff.
Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident work orders and requests.
Prepare vacant units for move-in and perform make-readies.
Arrange safety and skills trainings for maintenance staff.
Identify hazardous conditions and mitigate risk for the property.
Order supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
