Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing maintenance tasks for multifamily properties.
• HVAC, EPA & CPO certifications are required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, carpentry, and grounds.
• Lead service team and manage on-site projects and work orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for renovations and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory, budget adherence, and safety inspections.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and strong public relations for the community.
