Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team and drive reliable property operations. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, ensuring timely responses and top-tier resident service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety compliance, and coordination with the Community Manager on budgets and vendors. This role offers an opportunity to shape a well-run community and contribute to resident

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire the on-site maintenance team.
• Manage maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.
• Prepare market-ready apartments within 3–5 days.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and equipment.
