Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the maintenance of an apartment community in Euless, TX. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely make-ready and preventative maintenance projects.

The candidate will coordinate safety training, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with HVAC, boiler, plumbing, and mold prevention standards. A high school diploma and 5 years of multifamily experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of multi-family experience or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required.
• City/State certifications or permits required to perform duties.
• Training in boiler repair, plumbing and mold detection/resolution expected or required.
• CAMT preferred; CPO required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and train/schedule activities.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and wiring/fixtures as needed.
• Schedule safety and skills training for maintenance staff.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
• Order supplies and manage maintenance budget.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
