Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Service Manager to lead the Denver branch's Service Department. You will plan, direct, and control daily operations, drive growth and profitability, and communicate effectively with customers and teams to meet objectives.

The role requires leadership, supervisory experience, and a strong work ethic, with emphasis on safety and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years' experience in related field.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Must have positive can-do attitude.
• Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Service Department day-to-day operations.
• Set short- and long-term operating and financial objectives for the Service Department.
• Coordinate warranty claims with Warranty Manager and administer warranty adjustments.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Travel with outside sales force to customer locations to promote Service Department.
