Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, seeks a Mobile Maintenance Service Manager in Little Rock, AR. You will oversee the branch's Mobile Maintenance Department, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring service quality, safety, and DOT compliance.

This role requires leadership, prior supervisory experience, and a four-year track record in related fields. You will recruit and develop technicians, coordinate with Parts and Sales, and drive labor

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years' experience in related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch's Mobile Maintenance Department.
• Plan, direct, and control activities to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Hire, train and develop mobile maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to improve labor sales efforts.
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance and proper maintenance of mobile truck fleet.
