Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Service Manager to oversee the branch's Mobile Maintenance Department, ensuring policy adherence, growth, and profitability. You will set objectives, supervise staff, and coordinate with Parts and sales to drive labor opportunities while visiting customer sites.

The role emphasizes safety, proper fleet maintenance, and strong leadership. A CDL is preferred, and a positive, hard-working attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in related field.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Requires previous supervisory experience.
• Must have positive can-do attitude.
• Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control the Mobile Maintenance Department to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Establish short- and long-term operating and financial objectives for the Mobile Maintenance Department.
• Hire, train and develop all mobile maintenance personnel; ensure appropriate staffing.
• Collaborate with Parts Manager and outside sales force to improve labor sales and promote department.
• Travel with outside sales force and mobile technicians to customer locations to promote the department and dealership.
• Maintain communication within and between departments; promote safety and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate warranty claims processing with Warranty Manager and handle adjustments fairly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a Supervisor.
