Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, and is seeking a Service Foreman at the Denver branch. The role involves direct supervision of Service Technicians, assisting in diagnostics, and supporting the Service Advisor with customer interactions and repair estimates.

Strong leadership and clear communication are essential. The position requires at least four years in a related service field, CDL preferred, and a commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a related field, including service background and knowledge of warranties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and performance management of service technicians.
• Schedule and assign work to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Service Advisor on repair scheduling.
• Review in-process work to ensure completion on time and to customer expectations.
• Assist in achieving sales and gross profit objectives.
• Inspect and road test vehicles after repairs as needed.
• Maintain warranty documentation and ensure proper parts tagging.
• Support shop safety and keep work area organized.
