Job summary

Cinépolis USA seeks a Service Manager to lead the front-of-house operations in its luxury theaters, ensuring guest experiences reflect our high standards for service, food, and beverage. This role oversees Guest Services, Servers, Bartenders, Runners, and Concessions to maintain consistency and excellence.

You will partner with the Assistant General Manager to train staff, drive sales, monitor KPI boards, and coordinate daily operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire hourly staff; provide on-the-job training and onboarding.
• Prepare weekly schedules and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Coach and lead employees; build professional working relationships.
• Set daily/weekly sales goals and monitor KPI performance.
• Oversee In-Seat Dining, auditorium sales, and guest experience.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with policy.
• Assist General Manager with reports, scheduling and analytics.
• Support special and private events as needed.
