Job summary

Cinépolis USA is a luxury cinema exhibitor operating stylish theaters and dining experiences. The Service Manager will reinforce company values, supervise Front-of-House operations including guest services, servers, bartenders, runners, and concessions, and ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistent service quality.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training staff, scheduling, driving sales KPIs, and coordinating with the General Manager and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and hiring hourly staff; provide on-the-job training and onboarding.
• Assist with scheduling and ensuring shifts are covered; prepare weekly schedules via HotSchedules.
• Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all employees.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and drive sales goals and promotions.
• Oversee In-Seat Dining, auditorium sales and guest experience.
