Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking team-oriented staff for our luxury cinema theaters. You will greet guests, explain the menu, upsell add-ons, and ensure accurate order entry and payment processing. You will also aid with seating, crowd control, and maintaining cleanliness to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include complying with ServSafe and alcohol service guidelines, using Vista POS, and operating in a fast-paced theater environment with flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide proactive service.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell promotions.
• Input orders quickly in the POS system and ensure accurate billing.
• Handle payments and monitor alcohol service per policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with seatings and crowd control.
