Job summary

Cinépolis USA seeks a results-driven theater operations manager to lead guest experience, staffing, and daily functions across our luxury cinema locations. You will supervise service, training, scheduling, and safety, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability, with opportunities for career growth within the Operations department and collaboration with the General Manager and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivational skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to understand financial reports and forecasts.
• Experience in restaurant or theater operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage service model, auditorium sales, and guest experience.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe and in proper working order.
• Open, mid, and close daily operations.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train hourly staff.
• Schedule staffing and ensure shift coverage.
• Oversee theater maintenance and guest comfort.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and drive sales goals.
• Collaborate with General Manager and HR on issues.
