Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Service Manager in Jupiter, FL to lead front-of-house operations and maintain luxury service standards. You will supervise guest services, servers, bartenders, runners, and concessions, while aligning with the Assistant General Manager.

A focus on coaching, scheduling, and KPI-driven sales is essential. The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality or related field.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Full-service restaurant knowledge, inventory control and operations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing and hiring hourly staff; provide on-the-job training.
• Prepare weekly schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Lead and coach staff; deliver strong guest experience.
• Monitor sales and promote targets via KPI boards.
• Oversee in-seat dining, auditorium sales and events.
