Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Service Manager to act as a brand ambassador for luxury theater services. You will oversee Front-of-House operations including guest services, servers, bartenders, and concessions, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, KPI tracking, event support, and collaboration with management to optimize operations and sales while ensuring safety and policy compliance across the theater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Full service background with inventory control and operations.

Responsibilities

• Interview and onboard hourly staff; assist with scheduling and coverage.
• Oversee shifts and KPI boards; manage front-of-house operations for guest experience.
• Lead and coach team; ensure consistent service quality and upsell promotions.
• Support General Manager with reporting, scheduling and analytics.
• Assist with special events and large group bookings.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
