The role includes budget and P&L oversight, scheduling, troubleshooting, team development, and direct customer communication to ensure top-quality service. A bachelor’s degree and prior supervisory experience in commercial building products help.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two years work experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with good mechanical aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage department with Budget and P&L responsibilities.
• Schedule/dispatch employees and assist with troubleshooting.
• Ensure high-quality service through effective customer communication.
• Develop and hire technicians and administrative staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
