DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead our commercial service and installation team with hands-on leadership and strong customer interfacing.

The role oversees equipment, scheduling, budgeting and growth of technicians; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred and prior supervisory experience in building products helps. We offer comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two years’ work experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products company.
• Excellent communicator who is highly organized with good mechanical aptitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment, service, and installation technicians.
• Budget and P&L responsibility with control of labor and material costs.
• Schedule/dispatch employees and assist with technical trouble-shooting.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Develop, train and hire technicians and office personnel.
