Ohio Transmission Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a Service Manager to lead the service team, drive process improvements, and manage training and safety. You will work with sales and operations to provide estimates and ensure quality repairs.

The role requires 5+ years in rotating equipment repair, strong leadership, and ability to travel; a technical degree is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of repair/service of rotating equipment, pumps and motors.
• 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage training and development of service technicians including on-the-job training and safety practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements in equipment, tooling, and processes for cost and quality efficiency.
• Approve time/absence reporting and vacation planning; manage attendance and overtime.
• Collaborate with management and HR on reviews, pay raises, and personnel issues.
• Lead technicians in diagnostics to identify issues and define repair scopes.
• Maintain detailed records of work, parts, and relevant information using OTC tools.
