Job summary

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co, is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the branch service shop and yard, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. The role involves coaching technicians, managing warranties, and collaborating with other supervisors to drive growth.

You will oversee daily shop activities, monitor repairs, and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of industry experience.
• Five years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proven experience working closely with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch service shop and yard to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable operation.
• Oversee technicians and provide coaching, development, and training.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer warranties and policies and monitor progress of repairs.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure growth of technicians.
