Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in skilled trades or related field.
• 5+ years in a focused application or product line.
• 3+ years in two or more of: Finishing, General Industry environments, Paint, Finish, Powder Cleaning, Commercial HVAC, filtration mold abatement, duct cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as industry expert in a focused application or product line.
• Lead a technical team and available for weekends/holidays as schedule requires.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service customer equipment, diagnosing problems.
• Provide product training for customers as part of preventive maintenance program.
• Lead and train other technicians on equipment.
