You will implement our processes, mentor the service team, and collaborate across departments to achieve goals while maintaining strong service metrics and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes and hold the team to them.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors.
• Provide ongoing training to the service department.
• Evaluate performance and hold 1-on-1 meetings.
• Motivate staff to reach full potential.
• Maintain above-average customer service scores.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Retain current customers and encourage repeat business.
• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
