Lithia & Driveway at Sunrise of Wolfchase is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, mentor technicians and advisors, and drive service excellence and profitability. You’ll set performance standards, recruit talent, and build a culture focused on outstanding customer experiences.

In this role you’ll oversee technician training, warranty administration, and adherence to manufacturer policies while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across all shop operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a service department or automotive service.
• Experience in training staff and developing performance programs.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead service staff recruiting, training and development.
• Staff department to optimize customer opportunities and productivity.
• Train service advisors daily using role-play, evaluation, checklists, and quizzes.
• Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience.
• Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, coaching and mentoring.
• Customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Inspect repair orders for legibility, accuracy and legality.
• Ensure manufacturer policies are followed.
• Manage warranty, receivables and service contracts tracking.
• Read MIS to generate revenue and control expenses.
• Maintain service area cleanliness and OSHA compliance.
• Hold daily and monthly staff meetings; liaison with Lithia Home Office Fixed Operations.
• Communicate policy updates and complete month-end reporting.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
