Job summary

M&K Truck Centers is seeking a Service Manager to coordinate the daily activities of the Service Department in Brookville, PA. The role focuses on efficient staffing, cost controls, customer retention, and maintaining service records to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Business Management, at least five years of related experience, and strong interpersonal skills, with preference for heavy-duty dealership exposure.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience and/or training required.
• Experience with heavy duty dealerships preferred.
• CDL preferred; must meet company insurability standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities for the Service Department.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews to meet objectives.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the service department.
• Develop plans to meet sales revenues and net profit goals.
• Collaborate with COO and Director of Service to achieve goals.
• Monitor department performance with reports and surveys.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
