Job summary

McCandless Truck Center is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, oversee daily operations, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will manage staff and schedules, drive service‑solution sales, and monitor budgets and KPIs to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (bachelors preferred) and potentially a CDL, with a focus on leadership, safety, and process improvement.
