ITW Hobart Service is seeking a Service Manager to lead a technical field service team in the Hooksett area. You will coach technicians, guide installations and preventive maintenance, and ensure customer-facing quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications include 4+ years of relevant leadership experience, financial acumen, and knowledge of commercial food equipment. You will work with dispatch and admin staff to drive revenue, productivity, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in field service leadership or management.
• Strong coaching and training abilities with focus on technicians and customer experience.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and service metrics to drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of commercial food equipment service and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a technical field service team and scheduler.
• Support installations, maintenance, warranty and post-warranty service.
• Provide coaching on products, procedures, and customer service.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service levels.
• Drive talent development and improve employee retention.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Parts, and Administration to optimize operations.
