Job summary

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC is seeking an experienced Service/Repair Technician to provide on-site support for Hobart Service customers. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial food equipment, including HVACR systems, with on-call and after-hours responsibilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 7+ years of service experience or 4+ years HVACR experience; an associate degree or vocational certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of service experience or 4+ years HVACR service experience.
• Associate degree or vocational certificate preferred.
• Industry certifications are desirable (CFESA/NATE/Hobart).
• EPA Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key customer accounts and on-site service of commercial food equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, gas, and refrigeration equipment.
• Plan and lead complex installations and turnkey projects, including on-call and after-hours support.
• Maintain safety standards and interpret schematics to diagnose issues.
