Job summary

Hobart Service in Alabama is seeking a Service Manager to lead a technically skilled field service team. You will coach technicians on installations, maintenance, warranty support, and customer service, while aligning branch operations with ITW policies and service revenue goals.

You will collaborate with dispatch, parts, and administration to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, manage a cost center and direct reports, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED with 4+ years relevant experience.
• OR 1-3 years relevant experience with higher education (Associate/Bachelor).
• Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage a highly technical field service team.
• Support technicians with installations, maintenance, warranty and post-warranty support, and emergencies.
