• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage our customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and handle performance management.
• Lead the team to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues successfully.
• Train team on effective sales techniques.
• Perform goodwill visits at customer sites as needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations; assist in pickup/delivery of products or services.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues.
