Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager in Compton, CA to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire and manage performance, foster a safe work environment, resolve customer issues and train the team on effective sales techniques.

You’ll also oversee budgets, payroll, and key service metrics, while supporting on-site operations. The role involves driving a company vehicle to customer locations, ensuring world-class service and goodwill, and achieving sales and profit

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in management or supervising a service team is a plus.
