Job summary

You will resolve customer issues, train the team on sales techniques, and support on-site operations including pickups and deliveries.

The role emphasizes achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, with company vehicles and hands-on leadership to ensure world-class service and goodwill at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer facing Service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Lead overall team performance, ensure a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train team on effective sales techniques.
• Support service delivery on-site, including pickup/delivery with a company vehicle.
• Manage budget and work toward sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
